Colleges rightly assume that when you positively impact your community, you will also do so in theirs. We help make this impact measurable, and then scale it. Most top colleges require an essay detailing how you have done this.

Pursue academic rigor, especially in your intended majors and minors. This applies to the classes you take in school and your independent studies. An easy “A” does not impress anyone.

All students complete personalized projects that meet three requirements: 1) they are bigger than they thought possible, 2) they develop hard and soft skills in their areas of interest, and 3) they require mentorship. This is the only way to set yourself apart from other candidates who have similar grades and activities.

Who has ever gotten to the top without successful relationships? We coach students to create advisory boards that help direct their projects, summer programs, research, and internships. These advisors write letters of recommendation for colleges, and open doors to career opportunities.

Family values drive us. We work with parents to identify core values they want to pass on to and develop in their children. Most college coaches work only with the student. We get better results partnering with parents.
